General Information

• Soccer Practice is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays for one hour.

• Practices are held at the soccer fields on Accokeek East Field (Directions).

• Games are played in Charles County. (Directions)

• This is a team sport, children are here to have fun and learn the game. This is a recreational league.

• Children not registered to play soccer with ASRC are not allowed on the fields during practice or games, this includes siblings.

• Each player must bring a bottle of water/sport drink to practice and games.

• Cleats and Shin Guards are mandatory for all players during practice and all games.

• Uniforms must be worn at all games.

• In cold weather, sweatshirts, and sweat pants may be worn under the uniform to games.

• Players may not wear jewelry or hair accessories to practice or games. Soft hair ties may be worn.

• Players wearing glasses must have a strap to secure them or sport goggles.

• Players are not permitted to chew gum during practice or games.

• Team moms/dads are needed to schedule snacks for the games.

• No one should be on the sideline during games other than coaches. Please stay in bleachers or if you bring a chair it must be even with the bleachers.
